Early Exit 2.0 is Here

We’re proud to announce the launch of Early Exit 2.0, a major upgrade to our original liquidity solution. This new version provides greater flexibility and security for investors facing unexpected financial needs. It's another step toward making investing with Fintown more responsive and user-friendly.

Seed Project Milestone: Costa Rica Land Secured

In just two months, the Seed project has reached a key turning point. We successfully raised the necessary funds to acquire land in Costa Rica and complete Stage 1 of the project. The land is now officially secured by Vihorev Group, and we’ll soon share detailed documentation and outline the next steps for investors.

Introducing Our First 1st Rank Mortgage Project

We’re also excited to introduce a new opportunity: our first 1st Rank Mortgage project located in Kolovraty, Prague. This project focuses on acquiring land plots, obtaining construction permits, and later selling the plots at a higher value.
