Maxim started his career in real estate a decade ago in Prague, Czech Republic, where he initially focused on renovating existing buildings. As he gained experience and established a reputation as a reliable business partner, Vihorev Group expanded into full-fledged development projects.
Over the years, the Vihorev Group has been able to accumulate equity capital, attract bank loans, and participate in fundraising programs on European P2P platforms. This has enabled the company to create new real estate objects and further develop their business. Through their experience in successfully raising investments and fully returning dividends to investors in several recent projects, Maxim Vihorev recognized the potential to create his own platform to attract investments for in-house projects and third-party companies that need help with fundraising.
