Vihorev's Accomplishments: A Look at Completed Projects

Vihorev Group is proud to have completed a diverse range of projects in the construction and real estate industry.

In this blog post, we would like to take a closer look at a few of our recent projects, to give you an idea of the type of properties we invest in and the returns we can generate for our clients.

Residence Strakonicka

The first project we would like to highlight is Residence Strakonicka. This was a complete reconstruction of an apartment building, which resulted in the construction of 32 new apartments. The project was completed in 1Q 2019, and had a gross development value of 6.193.183 EUR. What makes this project particularly valuable is its location in the historical area of Prague. The planning of the building was done with great care, to ensure that it complemented the ancient views of the surrounding architecture.

Avion Budejovice

Next, we have Avion Budejovice. This project involved the reconstruction of an accommodation facility into a residential complex of 61 housing units. The project was completed in 1Q 2020, and had a gross development value of 5.986.744 EUR. Located on the outskirts of Prague, this complex is perfect for families looking for a comfortable place to call home.


Residence Voyanka

Residence Voyanka is another project that we are particularly proud of. This involved the reconstruction of an accommodation facility into a residential complex of 6 apartments. The project was completed in 4Q 2018, and had a gross development value of 2.270.834 EUR. The spacious layout of this complex, along with the bay windows and beautiful balconies, make it a particularly desirable place to live.


Honest Smichov

Lastly, we have Honest Smichov, which is a stylish serviced apartment complex in Smichov. The project was started in 4Q 2019 and has a gross development value of 5.573.865 EUR. The interior of this project is particularly noteworthy, as all of the repairs and individual work, including design and development, were carried out by our team. We always use environmentally friendly materials and only high-quality household, plumbing and lighting fixtures in all of our projects.
